Job summary

PediaStaff partners with pediatric therapy providers to connect Occupational Therapists with rewarding roles in Crestwood, KY. This clinic-based opportunity offers full-time and part-time schedules, with a typical Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00 and flexible hours including Saturdays.

You''ll evaluate and treat children aged 0-18, develop individualized plans, collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team, and grow in a mentorship‑driven, clinician-led environment with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license (or in the process of obtaining licensure).
• Thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Passion for working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate children ages 0-18 for fine motor development, visual motor skills, sensory processing and modulation, executive functioning and other daily activities.
• Assess impact of developmental challenges on activities of daily living, education, play, leisure, sleep and social participation.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members to maximize outcomes.
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions in a pediatric outpatient setting.
• Maintain professional competencies, ethical standards, clinical documentation, and state licensure requirements.
