Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• CPR certification.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients in home health setting.
• Coordinate care with families and caregivers.
• Document patient progress and maintain records.
• Instruct caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with office and other disciplines.
• Maintain supplies and equipment.
