Job summary

KidsCare Home Health seeks a Physical Therapist to evaluate and implement pediatric home-based physical therapy plans. The role involves directing patients and caregivers in selected tasks to restore, reinforce and enhance function within the home health setting.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master's in Physical Therapy, state licensure, CPR certification, and have pediatric/home health experience. This position supports work-life balance and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current state-issued professional license is required.
• Valid state driver license.
• CPR certification is required.
• Pediatric clinical experience is preferred.
• Home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate, and administer remedial treatments for pediatric patients.
• Provide clinical treatment including screenings, evaluations, direct treatment, and caregiver training.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer patients to appropriate services and resources as needed.
• Consult with physician on patient progress and maintain records.
