Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide pediatric physical therapy in patients’ homes. You will evaluate, plan, and implement therapies while guiding families in home programs to improve function and independence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in physical therapy required.
• Current state professional license required.
• Valid driver license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Pediatric/home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate, and administer remedial treatments for pediatric patients.
• Provide clinical treatment including screenings, evaluations, direct treatment, and caregiver training.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer patients to appropriate services and resources as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and maintain patient records.
