Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide pediatric in-home therapy. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and coach families to support home-based therapy.

The role offers a flexible schedule, mentorship, and opportunities for leadership within a therapist-operated team. The position requires a Master’s in Physical Therapy, state license, CPR, and a driver license, with pediatrics and home health experience preferred.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
Current state-issued professional license is required.
Valid state driver license is required.
CPR certification is required.
Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Examine, evaluate, and administer pediatric physical therapy in home health settings.
Provide patient and caregiver training to restore or enhance function.
Coordinate care with office staff and other disciplines.
Maintain communication with patients and families regarding progress and home programs.
Refer to appropriate services and maintain documentation.
Support QA/PI activities and continuing education.
