Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide pediatric in-home therapy. The role requires a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy, current state license, CPR certification, and valid driver’s license. Experience with children and home health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate, and administer pediatric physical therapy in home health.
• Direct patient and caregiver in selected therapy tasks to improve function.
• Coordinate care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain progress notes and communicate with families about goals and discharge plans.
• Refer families to appropriate services and resources as needed.
• Participate in QA, continuing education, and team collaboration.
