Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver pediatric home health therapy, evaluating and treating children in their homes. You will guide families in exercises, develop home programs, and coordinate with physicians and staff to support patient goals.

The role emphasizes treating children with special needs while maintaining balance and providing quality family-centered care. A Master’s in Physical Therapy and state license are required, with CPR and a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Current state-issued professional license is required.
• Valid state driver license and CPR certification are required.
• Pediatric clinical experience and home health experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and administer physical therapy for pediatric patients in home health setting.
• Direct patients and caregivers in exercises and home programs.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patients and families regarding progress and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with team and mentor new hires as needed.
• Participate in QAPI and continuing education activities.
