SEARHC in Alaska seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive evaluations and treatments across diverse ages with varied diagnoses. You will develop and implement goals-based plans and oversee staff delivering PT services.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required or equivalent with CE experience.
• Licensed Physical Therapist; valid driver's license.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Clinical Competency and High Risk Competency within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide general PT evaluations and treatments to a wide range of ages with varying diagnoses.
• Formulate and implement a treatment plan with goals for each patient.
• Supervise and modify plans based on patient response to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with care team and refer providers to review patient status.
• Direct staff and educate patients and families on therapy and home programs.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with SEARHC policies.
