Job summary

SEARHC is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver evaluations and treatments across age groups within Southeast Alaska. The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, patient education, and comprehensive care planning.

Candidates must hold a valid Alaska PT license and an accredited PT degree, with strong emphasis on documentation and outcomes through a patient-centered approach. A supportive benefits package accompanies fieldwork in Sitka.

Qualifications

• Entry-level master’s or doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, or Master’s with 2 years CE experience.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Alaska.
• Valid Driver’s license and Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT evaluations and treatments to a wide range of ages and diagnoses.
• Develop and implement a plan of care with goals and regular re-evaluation.
• Coordinate with care team and family to ensure appropriate discharge planning.
