Job summary

SEARHC seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive evaluations and treatments across ages, directing PT assistants and collaborating with the care team to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, documenting progress, and ensuring timely, compliant service delivery within SEARHC policies. A state license, BLS, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist per state requirements.
• Current Basic Life Support certification is required.
• Valid Driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide general PT evaluations and treatments for a wide age range.
• Develop and implement a plan of care with goals for patients.
• Supervise PT Assistants and/or staff as assigned.
• Coordinate with care teams and referring providers about patient status.
• Document findings, treatment plans, and prognoses in SEARHC systems.
• Ensure timely services and compliance with regulatory requirements.
