• Valid, unencumbered Physical Therapy license in applicable state(s).
• Qualified degree in Physical Therapy.
• Early Intervention Temporary or Full Credential.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations, assessments, and updates to the IFSP.
• Establish treatment schedule and deliver services as mandated in the IFSP.
