Job summary

Powerback Pediatrics is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide and direct PT services for infants and toddlers (birth to three) in the Greater Chicago area. You will perform evaluations, plan treatment, and document progress as part of a collaborative IFSP process.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid and unencumbered Physical Therapy license in the practicing state, or proof of license and eligibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Strong leadership and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to exercise mature judgment and solve problems proactively.
• Proven track record handling high-volume workloads.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services to children birth to three years old.
• Performs evaluations and updates to the IFSP.
• Establishes treatment schedules and delivers services as mandated in the IFSP.
• Educates families and caregivers to support therapy goals.
