The role includes evaluations, treatment planning, and family education in natural environments, with a focus on compliant IFSP processes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Qualified degree in Physical Therapy.
• Early Intervention Temporary or Full Credential.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume workloads.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct physical therapy services to children aged birth to three.
• Perform evaluations and assessments and update IFSP.
• Establish treatment schedule and deliver services per IFSP.
• Participate in family and caregiver education.
