Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking an Early Intervention Physical Therapist to provide services to infants and toddlers up to three years old. You will assess, plan, and implement physical therapy programs in natural environments and coordinate care with families and IFSP requirements.

The role requires a valid PT license, EI credentials, strong communication, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.

Qualifications

• Valid PT license in state(s) of practice or eligibility.
• Qualifying degree in Physical Therapy.
• EI temporary or full credential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume workloads.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services to children aged birth to three.
• Performs evaluations and assessments and makes updates to the IFSP.
• Establishes treatment schedule and delivers services as mandated in the IFSP.
• Participates in family and caregiver education
