Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed pediatric physical therapist to provide services to birth to three-year-olds in the Greater Chicago area. The role includes performing evaluations, updating the IFSP, and delivering planned therapies in accordance with the IFSP.

• Valid, unencumbered Physical Therapy license in applicable state(s).
• Qualified degree in Physical Therapy.
• Early Intervention Temporary or Full Credential.

• Provides physical therapy services to children aged birth to three.
• Performs evaluations and assessments and makes updates to the IFSP.
• Establishes treatment schedule and delivers services as mandated in the IFSP.

Qualifications

• They must have a valid and unencumbered Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• They must have a qualifying degree in Physical Therapy.
• Early Intervention Temporary or Full Credential.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective leadership and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to exercise mature judgment with initiative in analyzing and solving problems.
• Treats all clients with dignity, compassion, empathy and respect.
• Proven track record with high volume workloads.

Posted Salary Range

USD $55.00 - USD $59.00 /Hr.
