Now hiring licensed Full-Time (FT), Part-Time (PT), and PRN Pediatric Physical Therapists in the following cities:

• Casa Grande

Advanced Therapy Solutions offers in-home and clinic-based therapy services for children and young adults with complex medical, developmental, behavioral, and educational needs. The Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized physical therapy programs to improve physical function, alleviate pain, and prevent dysfunction. Responsibilities include maintaining detailed documentation, educating parents and caregivers, assessing treatment progress, recommending equipment (e.g., wheelchairs, braces), and modifying environments to meet patient needs. The PT will collaborate with other professionals, manage a pediatric caseload, communicate with families, and ensure accurate billing.

Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate, create, and implement individualized physical therapy programs to improve or restore physical function, alleviate pain, and prevent dysfunction in pediatric patients.
2. Maintain thorough documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
3. Educate parents and caregivers on care strategies and environmental modifications.
4. Assess treatment effects and adjust interventions accordingly.
5. Recommend and instruct on the use of specialized equipment such as wheelchairs and braces.
6. Collaborate with other professionals and manage a pediatric caseload.
7. Communicate effectively with families and schedule appointments.
8. Complete accurate billing for services provided.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Arizona Physical Therapy license.
• Experience in pediatric settings is preferred but not required; new graduates are welcome.
• Passion for working with children and families.
