We are currently hiring licensed Full-Time (FT), Part-Time (PT), and PRN Pediatric Physical Therapists in the following cities: Gilbert, Chandler, and Casa Grande. Sign-on bonuses are available for full-time roles.

About the Role

The Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized physical therapy programs to improve physical function, alleviate pain, and prevent dysfunction in pediatric patients. Responsibilities include maintaining detailed documentation, educating parents and caregivers, assessing treatment progress, recommending specialized equipment, and modifying environments to meet patient needs. The PT will collaborate with other professionals, manage a pediatric caseload, communicate with families, and ensure accurate billing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, create, and implement personalized physical therapy programs for pediatric patients.
• Maintain thorough documentation including evaluations, notes, and discharge summaries.
• Educate and engage parents and caregivers on care strategies.
• Assess treatment effects and adjust interventions; modify environments as needed.
• Recommend and instruct on the use of specialized equipment such as wheelchairs and braces.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, manage caseloads, communicate with families, and handle billing accurately.

Qualifications

• Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Arizona Physical Therapy license is required.
• Experience in pediatric settings is preferred but not mandatory; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Passion for working with children and their families is essential.
