Play at Home Physical Therapy, LLC is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist for our brand new clinic space in Haverford, PA. You will evaluate motor development and deliver family-centered, play-based therapy sessions, working closely with caregivers to apply home exercise plans and education.

The role offers part-time or contract options based on caseload, with afternoon hours (3-6pm) Monday through Friday and flexible days depending on availability.

Qualifications

Company Description Play at Home Physical Therapy, LLC provides in-home and clinic-based pediatric physical and occupational therapy services for children from birth to 5 years old throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. Based in Ardmore, Pennsylvania on the Main Line, the practice focuses on one-on-one, individualized, age-appropriate care. Therapists support the development of gross and fine motor skills, coordination, balance, muscle strength, and flexibility. The team treats a wide range of pediatric conditions, including torticollis, plagiocephaly, developmental delay, neurologic and neuromuscular disorders, autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, feeding difficulties, fine motor delay, and visual motor delay. The practice accepts local insurance plans, making specialized pediatric care more accessible to families.

Role Description The Pediatric Physical Therapist role is an on-site position at our brand new clinic space in Haverford, PA. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating motor development, creating individualized treatment plans, and delivering family-centered, play-based physical therapy sessions. The therapist will collaborate with caregivers to provide education, home exercise programs, and strategies that support progress between visits. Additional tasks include documenting assessments and treatment notes in compliance with professional standards, coordinating care with other providers when appropriate, and maintaining clear communication with families and the practice. The position can be part time or contract based on the applicant's caseload needs.

We are looking to hire a PT for the hours of 3-6pm, Monday through Friday. Days of the week can be flexible based on the applicant's availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in pediatric physical therapy
• Specialized skills in Pediatric Physical Therapy and Pediatrics, including assessment of developmental milestones and early intervention practices.
• Current Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Experience working with infants and young children in home or community-based settings preferred.
• Excellent communication, caregiver education, and documentation skills.
• CPR certification and familiarity with early intervention and insurance billing processes are beneficial.
