Performance Pediatrics LLC in Lafayette, NJ is seeking a passionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing team. You will evaluate and treat children across developmental, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions, delivering high-quality, family-centered care in a collaborative setting.

The role requires a NJ PT license, NJ School Certification, a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, and experience in pediatric rehab.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in New Jersey.
• NJ School Certification.
• DPT or equivalent degree from an accredited program.
• Experience in pediatric physical therapy preferred.
• Knowledge of developmental milestones, sensory processing, and pediatric rehabilitation techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, families, and care teams.
• CPR/First Aid certification required or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Compassionate, patient and enthusiastic approach to working with children of all ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
• Educate and train parents and caregivers on home exercise programs and strategies.
