HealthPro Heritage in Lancaster, PA is seeking an Early Intervention Physical Therapist (PT) to provide therapy sessions for children ages 0-3. Offering flexible scheduling and compensation up to $75/hr, this role allows you to create your own schedule while making a difference in children's lives.

HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our fun and growing Early Intervention team in Lancaster, PA!

• Flexible Scheduling Options: Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN opportunities available. You can start slow and build up to Full-Time or work as little as 2 hours/week with our PRN options!
• Flexible Hourly Compensation: up to $75/hour! (Rates are negotiable!)
• Flexible Service Areas: We work hard to keep visits within a 30-minute drive from the therapist's home! We have options across Lancaster/Lebanon County!
• Flexible Session Scheduling: You create your own schedule based on you and your client's availability! Sessions are roughly 1-hour long including therapy time + documentation time on your company provided laptop!

Responsibilities

• Provide Physical Therapy sessions through the use of current best practices based on services defined in the child’s Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
• Work with families/caregivers in the child’s natural environment and throughout the community while supporting the families daily routines.
• Collaborate with other professionals that support the child/family to aid in the achievement of outlined goals.
• Maintain all documentation of service delivery required by the program. This includes session noted, quarterly progress summaries, and annual IFSP input.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania State PT License
• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
• Must not be excluded in enrolling in Pennsylvania’s Promise System
• Original Child Abuse Clearance, Criminal Background Check and FBI Clearance required
