Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPro Heritage, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Early Intervention team in Dauphin County, PA. This W-2 position offers full-time, part-time, or PRN options with hybrid scheduling and generous benefits.

You will assess and treat pediatric patients, educate families, and document progress while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. Flexible visits within a 30-minute radius are supported, with paid CEUs and competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and flexibility.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and education for patients and families.
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.

Early Intervention | In-home services for ages 0-3 | Dauphin County

HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our amazing Early Intervention team in the Dauphin County, PA area!

• Flexible Scheduling Options: Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN opportunities available. You can start slow and build up to Full-Time or work as as little as 5 hours/week with our Part-Time options! Hybrid options available!
• Flexible Hourly Compensation: $65-$75/hour! Higher hourly rates for anyone open to traveling across county lines!

• Flexible Service Areas: We work hard to keep visits within a 30-minute drive from the therapist's home!

• Flexible Session Scheduling: You create your own schedule based on you and your client's availability! Sessions are roughly 1-hour long including therapy time + documentation time on your company provided laptop!

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and flexibility.

Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics to aid recovery, prevent injuries, and offer guidance on home routines and lifestyle changes.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaboration: Work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or license eligible
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and assist patients as needed. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to therapy.
