Weekend and evening availability required to support the hours of operation. You will greet patients, handle check-in, verify insurance, collect copays, schedule follow-ups, register biometrics, promote MyUPMC, and help families navigate care while maintaining HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Front desk or call center experience preferred.
• Ability to explain billing and scheduling clearly.
• Comfort with HIPAA and patient privacy rules.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with check-in.
• Collect copayments and update patient information.
• Arrange follow-up appointments and connect patients to services.
• Register patients in Biometrics and promote MyUPMC portal.
• Educate patients on financial responsibilities and resources.
• Verify insurance and obtain consent signatures.
• Handle phone calls, scan records, and perform office duties.
