Job summary

Hawaii Pacific Health's Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women and Children in Honolulu seeks a Patient Service Representative for the Pediatric Ambulatory Unit. You will act as a friendly liaison among patients, families and clinical staff, handling clerical tasks and front-desk duties in a welcoming, patient-centered environment.

Location is on-site at Kapi'olani. Work schedule is Day - 8 Hours, Full Time Regular.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• One year of clerical support experience in a position with public contact or related experience.
• Preferred qualifications include an Associate’s degree in Health Administration or related field, and medical terminology coursework.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between patients, families and staff.
• Perform clerical, reception and related administrative duties.
• Provide warm, friendly customer service in a hospital setting.
