Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, verify insurance coverage and eligibility, review new patient registration, obtain authorizations, assist in copay collection and enter new patient information.
• Maintain medical and insurance referral records and prepare patient charts.
• Ensure test results are filed and handle all phone calls, transferring as needed.
• Manage patient appointments according to physician schedules and protocols.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
