• Good judgement and teamwork.
• Ability to learn and utilize resources.

Responsibilities

• Register and schedule patients for the complex scheduling workflow.
• Update the system with registration, scheduling, and insurance information.
• Prepare patient disability and out of work/school paperwork.
• Explain financial obligations and regulatory forms to patients.
• Work across multiple systems during patient interactions to support clinical workflow.
• Support department goals and patient safety initiatives.
