Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients and update insurance information, schedule visits, and coordinate patient appointment scheduling.
• Interact with a diverse patient population and communicate professionally with providers, patients, and insurance companies.
• Maintain patient records in the EMR and use scan functionality.
• Prepare disability and out-of-work/school paperwork and explain financial obligations and forms.
