Benevis is seeking a Patient Coordinator in Fall River to support families with check-in/out, insurance verification, and appointment coordination. You’ll interact with parents and kids, manage records, and help keep the front desk and waiting areas smooth and inviting.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to patients and parents at check-in/check-out.
• Greet patients/parents; verify insurance eligibility and update records in Boomerang file.
• Schedule follow‑ups, recalls, and reschedules; coordinate with clinical team.
• Keep waiting and front desk areas clean and organized.
• Collect out‑of‑pocket balances and communicate with patients prior to treatment.
• Answer calls and direct to the appropriate person; handle messages.
• Adhere to government regulations and company policies.
