Job summary

Benevis in Fall River, MA, is seeking a Patient Coordinator to support front desk operations, insurance verification, appointment scheduling, and patient communications in a busy dental office.

You will greet patients, check in/out, coordinate with the clinical team, and help maintain a positive patient experience while supporting office targets. Prior dental/medical office experience and pediatric dentistry familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Office experience in a dentist or physician office is preferred.
• Experience with children's dentistry is preferred.
• Graduation from a senior high school or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to patients and parents at check-in and check-out.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and service limits.
• Greet parents and patients when they enter the office.
• Maintain a clean waiting area and front desk area.
• Coordinate with Clinical Team Leader and Doctors for same-day care opportunities.
• Assist with meeting office financial targets by ensuring schedules are full.
• Schedule follow-up operatory and six-month recalls.
• Answer calls and direct callers to proper contact.
