Benevis in the United States is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our team. You will be the friendly first point of contact for patients and parents, handling check-in/check-out and insurance verification while ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience.

This role supports our mission to deliver high-quality dental care in a caring, team-based environment, coordinating with clinicians to keep schedules full and patients informed from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Office experience in a dental/medical office preferred
• Experience with children’s dentistry preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and parents at check-in and check-out
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and service limits
• Maintain a clean and welcoming waiting area
• Coordinate with the clinical team for same-day care
• Schedule follow-up operatory and six-month recalls
• Answer incoming calls and direct to the proper person
• Inform patients about appointment progress and delays
