Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in dentist/physician office preferred.
• Experience with children’s dentistry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service at check-in and check-out.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and service limits.
• Greet parents and patients upon arrival and departure.
• Maintain waiting and front desk areas.
• Schedule appointments, recalls, and coordinate with clinical staff.
• Answer incoming calls and direct to proper staff.
• Collect out-of-pocket balances prior to treatment.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of patient records.
