Job summary

Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics in Livermore, CA is seeking an amazing Patient Care Leader to manage patient flow and ensure the delivery of high-quality care with a first-class experience for every child. This full-time hourly role involves supervisory duties, training, and collaboration with the Area and Practice Managers.

The position requires current RDA licensure, strong leadership, and a passion for working with children.

Qualifications

• Active state-certified RDA license.
• Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting.
• Love working with children and providing great patient care.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of the clinical team’s operations including schedule changes, patient flow, and the delivery of care.
• Provide regular feedback to the Area Manager and Practice Manager and participate in annual reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Onboard and train new staff and coach other team members.
• Order and maintain dental supplies within budgets; maintenance of office equipment.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, ADA, Dental Board and related policies.
