Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and completes check-in/check-out processes as needed.
• Answers phones and schedules appointments.
• Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare rooms for provider visit.
• Maintains patient privacy per HIPAA standards.
• Utilizes EPIC to review and update patient records and communicate with care team.
• Replenishes medical supplies and cleans/sterilizes equipment after use.
