Responsibilities

• Greets patients and completes check-in/check-out processes as needed.
• Answers phones, schedules appointments, and routes inquiries to appropriate contact.
• Assists with vital signs, specimen collection, and EPIC documentation.
• Maintains patient privacy and adheres to HIPAA standards.
