Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answers phones and schedules appointments.
• Supports efficient patient workflows by escorting patients to exam rooms and preparing rooms.
• Uses EPIC functionality to review and update patient records.
• Maintains patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Performs other related duties as needed.
