Responsibilities

• Supervise customer registration and scheduling staff and balance workload.
• Coordinate and delegate daily tasks; monitor performance.
• Liaise with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Identify and implement changes to improve patient services and staff productivity.
• Address urgent issues with management when needed.
• Access to medications/supplies as required.
