Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in Redwood City, CA seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to join a pediatric, school-based team. You will deliver direct therapy, conduct evaluations, and develop individualized plans while collaborating with educators and families to support student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hold (or be eligible for) a California Physical Therapy license.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred.
• Strong clinical, interpersonal and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct PT services and consultations for children in school settings.
• Conduct evaluations using standardized assessments and observations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with SMART goals.
• Collaborate with educators, families and team members to support student outcomes.
• Participate in IEP and medical team meetings and ongoing professional development.
