Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct physical therapy services for children in school or pediatric settings.
• Conduct evaluations using standardized assessments and observations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with SMART goals.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and the clinical team to support student outcomes.
• Participate in equipment/assistive technology evaluation and trainings.
• Contribute to IEP and medical team meetings as an active member.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and participation in SIGs.
