Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required or advanced degree preferred (MS/PhD not specified).
• Massachusetts Physical Therapist license is required.
• Post-2016 licensure prefers Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in reaching maximum physical function and independence.
• Interpret evaluations and test results; determine goals and plans; supervise PTAs per policy.
• Provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercises; educate and motivate patients.
• Document goals, progress and reevaluation plans; communicate with family.
• Participate in hospital quality improvement activities.
