KidsCare Home Health is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy for children with special needs. You will evaluate, plan, and implement pediatric OT services, coaching families on home programs and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current state professional licensure.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, organize, and conduct pediatric occupational therapy in home health.
• Direct patient and caregiver in tasks to restore, reinforce and/or enhance performance.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
