Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide pediatric occupational therapy in home health settings.
• Direct patient and caregiver in tasks to restore and enhance function.
• Coordinate care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with family about progress and home programs.
• Participate in QA, education activities, and maintain caseload.
• Mentor students and new hires as needed.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
