Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric home-based therapy. The OT will evaluate, plan, and deliver medically prescribed therapy in clients' homes, guiding families in activities to restore and enhance function.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• Valid state driver license.
• CPR certification.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, organize, and administer pediatric occupational therapy in home health settings.
• Direct patient and caregiver in tasks to restore, reinforce, or enhance performance.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
• Participate in Quality Assurance and ongoing education activities.
• Maintain adequate caseload and productivity; mentor students and new hires.
