KidsCare Home Health is hiring a pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy with a focus on improving daily living skills and functional participation. You will evaluate, plan, and implement treatment, educate families, and coordinate care with the care team in a home health setting.

Formación

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current state-issued professional licensure required.
• CPR certification required.
• Pediatric home health experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and administer pediatric occupational therapy in home health setting.
• Direct patient and caregiver in tasks to restore or enhance function.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain effective communication with patient and family about progress and home programs.
• Attend continuing education to expand scope of service.
