Family of Kidz in Westchester, NY is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide therapy services to children in a school-based setting. You will design and implement individual and group interventions, administer evaluations, and collaborate with lead supervisors, school staff, and families to support progress.

The role offers flexible hours (1-5 days/week during school hours) with hourly pay ranging from $50 to $55 for direct treatment and $16 for indirect tasks, plus

Qualifications

• NY State OT assistant certification required.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collects data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
