Job summary

Achievement Centers for Children seeks a Pediatric Outpatient Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat children in an outpatient setting. You will partner closely with families and caregivers, collaborating with other clinicians to set practical goals that boost independence and participation in daily routines.

Qualifications

• 1 year pediatric OT experience or equivalent pediatric clinical internship.
• Current Ohio OT license or eligibility for licensure in Ohio.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Use play-based interventions to build functional skills for daily routines, school participation, and independence.
• Coach families and caregivers to support carry-over at home and in the community.
• Collaborate, consult, and plan with multidisciplinary team members.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner.
• Attend supervision, departmental, and agency meetings.
• Provide supervision to volunteers and students as assigned.
• Maintain licensure and build pediatric expertise through continuing education.
• Serve on therapy department and agency committees as needed.
