Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current California Occupational Therapy License is required.
• Passion for working with children and their families.
• Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Experience with pediatric therapy is preferred, but strong foundations are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations using standardized and dynamic assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans reflecting each child's strengths, interests, and goals.
• Deliver engaging, play-based therapy focusing on sensory processing, emotional regulation, fine motor development, self-care, and daily activities.
• Collaborate closely with families and an interdisciplinary clinical team for integrated care.
• Participate in co-treatment sessions when appropriate and educate caregivers with home strategies.
