The role supports clinicians at all experience levels with mentorship, collaboration, and long-term growth in a trusted private practice. Responsibilities include pediatric evaluations and treatment, family-centered care, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Occupational Therapy License (or eligibility).
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric occupational therapy evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Participate in care coordination and team collaboration.
