Join a multidisciplinary team including OT, ST, PT, ABA and MH professionals. The role involves mentoring, caregiver education, and collaboration with practicum students, using our EMR system to document and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold AOTA certification and Alabama licensure.
• Master's degree or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) required.
• Strong collaboration skills with a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions for meaningful progress.
• Effective communication for caregiver education.
• Feeding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and yearly comprehensive assessments.
• Provide direct treatment.
• Complete documentation for daily notes, assessments, treatment plans, and progress updates.
• Participate in mentorship network as mentee or mentor.
• Provide education and training for caregivers.
• Collaborate with SLPs, PTs, OTs, and MH professionals.
• Use EMR to document and monitor data.
• Maintain a caseload in our Chelsea, AL clinic.
• Work with practicum students.
