Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics in Cameron, NC is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) for our outpatient clinic. This role offers full-time or part-time scheduling and a supportive, child-centered setting focused on meaningful therapy.

You will assess and treat pediatric clients, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in mentorship and onboarding to advance your clinical practice. North Carolina licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid North Carolina licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible.
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
• Physical: Ability to lift and assist patients; stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
• Treatment and Education: Create personalized treatment plans and educate families on activities and environmental modifications.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans.
• Advocacy and Support: Help clients access community resources and accommodations.
