Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) for our outpatient clinic. This position offers full-time or part-time scheduling with structured onboarding and clinical mentorship in a child-centered setting.

We employ a play-based, assent-based approach with NET strategies to meet each child’s unique needs, collaborating closely with families and our experienced therapy team.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensure: Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible.
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and assist patients as needed. Stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
• Treatment and Education: Create personalized treatment plans and educate families.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and plans.
• Advocacy and Support: Help clients access community resources and accommodations.
