Therapy Smarts, Inc. is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to join our pediatric outpatient team in a full-time capacity. We serve children of all ages and diagnoses in Durham and Chapel Hill, focusing on meaningful improvements in daily activities.

Candidates must hold a North Carolina OT license (OT or COTA licensure). Experience in pediatrics and school settings is preferred. We offer a supportive, collaborative environment with mentors, flexible scheduling, and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Must have North Carolina OT license (OT or COTA licensure)
• Experience in pediatrics is required or obtained via fieldwork
• Experience in school settings is a plus
• Ability to communicate professionally in documentation and verbally
• Comfort with telehealth is a plus and encouraged
